This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“End User”) and T-Concepts Businesses LLC (“Company”). 2️⃣ License Grant

4️⃣ Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of T-Concepts Businesses LLC. This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights, only a limited license to use the Software according to its terms.
5️⃣ Modifications & Updates
The Company reserves the right to update or modify the Software and its features at any time without prior notice. Updates will be deemed an integral part of the Software and subject to this Agreement.
6️⃣ Third-Party Services
Our Software may include third-party services or links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or availability.
7️⃣ Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate by deleting the Software. The Company may terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.
8️⃣ Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless T-Concepts Businesses LLC and its affiliates against any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Software.
9️⃣ No Warranties
The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
🔟 Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Software. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Software.
⚖️ Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under applicable U.S. law.
📄 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and T-Concepts Businesses LLC and supersedes all prior agreements. You may be subject to additional terms when using specific services provided by the Company.
